We've been waiting months for this moment to come with great enthusiasm. Since the 25th of March, we are in our new office in Madrid, thus beginning a new exciting phase in which we have the right facilities to face successfully the opportunities and challenges of the future.
Interestingly, the change of location coincides with an emblematic date this year Altia turns 25 years old . We have evolved a lot during this time from a small office with 3 people in Coruña to 14 locations with almost 1,000 employees. In fact, this new location responds to our growth needs as it will allow us to incorporate new professionals without having space problems, as well as to adequately address new challenges.
The new Altia Office in Madrid is located on the Avenida Partenón, 16, Campo de las Naciones and opposite IFEMA, a well known business area where important multinational companies are located and that has all the services necessary to develop our activity, as well as attractive common areas to work in a very pleasant environment.
It is a unique diaphanous space of 1,500 m2 completely conditioned and remodeled. A modern, practical and more attractive office that has 50% more surface than our previous facilities. In addition, we have excellent communications with a Metro station 150 meters away and two EMT lines with stops in front of our offices.
We have launched new headquarters with new and multiple possibilities that will provide us with greater comfort and possibility to continue growing as one of the first independent companies in the sector. We Face this new stage with more desire and enthusiasm than ever and we are convinced that the new office, where we will celebrate the 25th anniversary, and from where we will witness the company's future successes.
