In an effort to strengthen our corporate sustainability strategy, we have announced we are joining the United Nations Global Compact. This initiative, driven by our Sustainability Coordination department, marks a crucial milestone in our commitment to integrate ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) criteria into all our operations and business strategy.
The United Nations Global Compact is a leading global corporate sustainability initiative that promotes ten universal principles in key areas such as human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. By joining, we are strengthening our commitment to these principles and are recognising the importance of working in partnership with other companies, governments and civil society organisations to address global challenges.
As well as joining the Global Compact, we are reaffirming our belief in creating value through technology as a key driver to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This is a further step in our journey to contribute to a more just, equitable and sustainable world for future generations.
“Joining the Global Compact is an exciting milestone in our commitment to put sustainability at the core of our business culture. As a technology company, we recognise the transformative power of technology to address global challenges and create a positive impact on society and the environment. We always put people first, fostering a corporate culture that values both the well-being of our teams and a sense of responsibility towards our environment.”
