This week, the Vivofácil Foundation has published the short list of finalists for the 18th National Awards for Family, Work and Personal Life Balance and Social Responsibility, which includes Altia.
These awards, granted by the Vivofácil Foundation, aim to recognise and reward the work of different institutions, companies, civil society groups and the media working to improve measures for balancing family, work and personal life, as well as promote co-responsibility and CSR. The winners will be unveiled on 25 June at a gala event in Madrid.
The event also hosts the 13th National Awards for Excellence in Workplace Inclusion and Health and Safety for People with Disabilities 2024, seeking recognition for practices to improve workplace inclusion, as well as occupational risk prevention, for people with disabilities.
Our approach at Altia focuses on valuing and empowering the people on our team while engaging with the community around us. This is why we are proud to be on the Vivofácil Awards short list alongside large companies such as Capgemini, the Regional Government of Castilla y León, Kaspersky, Prosegur, RTVE and Vogue, among many others.
Proof of our commitment are the different measures and improvements to harmonise the personal, family and work life of our people, allowing both men and women to balance their professional and personal responsibilities in an equitable manner.
Through flexible work policies, remote work, parent profiles and other initiatives, we seek to create an environment that fosters harmony between the different aspects of our professionals’ lives. Our goal is to ensure that everyone at Altia is able to find fulfilment in their work and personal lives, promoting a balance that contributes to their well-being and job satisfaction.
