The first day of the Conference, we will also be able to meet on the Enhancing the Digital Workplace with Gen AI stage, where the latest trends and the most innovative use cases for generative AI in the workplace will be presented. 

Our turn will be from 12:40 to 1:00 pm, when Pablo Méndez, Director of Artificial Intelligence, will present “Guide to approaching an AI project”. Here he will share what factors should be taken into account when starting a project involving the use of artificial intelligence

Also on Wednesday, the 7th Annual National Meeting of Experts on Technologies in the Public Administration will take place, which will focus on the improvement of citizen services, resilience in complex environments, the opportunities of the Spain’s 2026 Digital Plan, the situation of the Next Generation EU funds, as well as regulatory and budgetary issues to address innovative public procurement.

Then, at 5:15 pm we will have the “Driving Next Gen Funds” roundtable, moderated by Alberto Retana, former General Director of Digital Policy for the Community of Madrid region. The panellists will address how public administrations should drive digital transformation, pushing forward disruptive projects that will make Spain more competitive. Natalia García, President of Aslan’s Public Administrations Commission and Director of Public Sector at Altia, will participate in the event.

During the Conference, the 15th Digital Transformation in Public Administrations Awards will also be presented, for which Altia is nominated in the categories of AI in citizen services, Public State Administration Transformation and Transformation.
