On our 30th anniversary, we joined the United Nations Global Compact and we are committed to a sustainable growth model based on internationalization, technological innovation, and talent development.

We published our 2024 Sustainability Report, a document that captures our key ESG (environmental, social, and governance) progress. This report reaffirms our commitment to a responsible growth model, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and guided by ethical, inclusive, and sustainable principles.

Among the key developments for 2024, we join the United Nations Global Compact, reinforcing our commitment to a business strategy based on human rights, decent work, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption. The Sustainability Report highlights the consolidation of a corporate culture focused on positive impact, both on people and the environment in which we operate, with a special emphasis on transparency, equity, and social responsibility.

“Sustainability isn't a statement of intent, but a way of doing business, and this Report shows the real progress we're making across every ESG dimension. We've built a diverse, flexible organization focused on people's professional development. In such a competitive sector, we know that sustainable companies are those that invest in their people.”

During the 2024 financial year, we continued to advance our commitment to sustainability, promoting the reduction of our ecological impact, energy efficiency, and the digitalization of internal processes. We took a significant step by calculating and verifying our carbon footprint in accordance with the GHG Protocol, covering scopes 1 and 2 in all the countries in which we operate and for all of the group's work centers.

In the social sphere, we reaffirmed our commitment to people, placing the development of talent and the well-being of our professionals at the center of our strategy. In 2024, more than 175,000 hours of training were provided, strengthening technical and leadership skills. The hybrid and flexible work model continues to consolidate itself as one of the keys to the company's work experience. This commitment to an inclusive, positive, and constantly evolving environment has been recognized in rankings such as Best Places to Work in IT, Best Workplaces Portugal, and Europe.

We continue to develop a solid internal control and oversight structure. The group's activities are audited by independent entities, and we have strengthened our management model with the approval of the Sustainability & ESG Policy and the update of the Code of Ethics. These initiatives consolidate corporate governance aligned with the highest standards of integrity and sustainability.

“We know that sustainability is only possible if it becomes an essential part of the organization's daily operations. Beyond regulatory compliance, we work to integrate a responsible vision into all our decisions so that people find flexible, safe, and growth-enhancing work environments, that our digital solutions generate efficiency and reduce negative impacts, and that the partnerships we foster help us drive collective change.”

Josefina Fernández · Director of Sustainability & ESG
